01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things between pages and visits — that you are signed in, which language you chose, or which filters you last used. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels work the same way, and this policy covers those too.

02How Rai uses cookies

Rai uses cookies to keep you signed in while you write a review, to remember your language and filter choices, to measure which pages and reviews people find useful, and to protect the platform from spam and fake review activity. We do not use cookies to read anything else on your device.

03Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by providers we rely on rather than by Rai itself:

  • Analytics provider — anonymous usage measurement, under contract and with IP addresses truncated.
  • SMS and verification provider — fraud checks during phone verification.
  • Video provider — only when you play an embedded review video or guide.
  • Advertising platforms — only if you have allowed advertising cookies.

These providers act as processors for Rai and are not permitted to use the data for their own purposes.

04Contact us

Questions about cookies can go to privacy@rai.com.sa, or through the Contact Us page. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see the Privacy Policy.
